Is the order not completely to your liking? That's too bad! But of course that can happen. In this case you can easily return the order via our returns portal. The return costs are from your own account.

Unfortunately, we cannot process orders that have not been registered and returned via our returns portal, so make sure you follow our return instructions!
Step 1: Register your return in our returns portal within 14 days of receipt. Log in to the returns portal using your order number and email address with which the order was placed. Select the products you want to return.
Step 2: Select the carrier with which you want to ship your package and pay directly for the shipment of the package.
Step 3: Download the return form and add it fully completed to the shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot process the return shipment without a completed return form.
Step 4: Download the return label and stick it on your package (make sure the old shipping label is removed or the return label is stuck over it). Have the package scanned by your chosen carrier.
IF YOU DO NOT CHOOSE THE INSURED RETURN LABEL, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF A RETURNED PACKAGE IS NOT DELIVERED TO US OR THE PACKAGE IS LOST BY THE PACKAGE SERVICE. RETURNS ARE THEN ON YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY.
- Returns can be made within the return period of 14 days.
- The items must be returned in their original condition (including tag) and packaging.
- The items must be unworn & undamaged.
- Swimwear without a hygiene strip cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
We will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 14 working days after receipt of the return shipment.
Items that have been exchanged cannot be returned.
We always reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet the return conditions.
