Why haven't I received a confirmation email yet?
You'll receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided within a few minutes. You may have accidentally entered the wrong email address when entering your contact information. The confirmation email may also have ended up in your spam folder. If not, please feel free to contact us.
Can I still cancel my order?
After you place an order, an automatic process begins to prepare your package for shipment as quickly as possible. Because your package is already in the shipping process, it's not possible to cancel it.
Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
If you want to change your delivery address, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. If your package hasn't been packed yet, we can still change the delivery address. If your package has already been packed, this is unfortunately no longer possible.
What is the shipping time?
All orders placed before 4pm will be shipped the same day (excluding PRE-ORDERS).
What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping within the Netherlands is €4.99.
Insured shipping is €6.99, which means your entire order is insured against loss, theft, and damage until delivery to the customer.
A different price applies for shipping to other countries.
How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a Track & Trace code from our carrier. Here you can check the shipment's status and (if possible) provide the delivery driver with further instructions regarding your delivery.

You can use the following payment methods with us:

How can I use a discount code?
You can add a discount code to your order overview during checkout. Click "Apply," and the discount will be applied.
How does a refund work?
You'll receive your refund in the same way you paid. You'll receive a refund email from us once we've processed your return. The refund will appear in your account or your Klarna invoice will be updated within a few days.

How do I return my order?
You can easily return your order through our returns portal. You can access the returns portal via our returns page. All return policy and instructions are also described in detail there.
Do I need an account to make a return?
You don't need an account to return your order. Simply register your return in our returns portal using your order number and the email address you provided when placing your order.
How long do I have to return my order?
Returns can be made within the return period of 14 days.
When can I expect my refund?
We will refund the purchase amount of your return to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.
Is it possible to return SALE items?
It is also possible to return SALE items, provided they meet our return conditions.
Can I also exchange an item?
You can easily exchange an item for a different size through the returns portal. If you'd like to exchange an item (as long as it's the same price) for another, please contact us.
