Why haven't I received a confirmation email yet?

You will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes at the email address you provided. It is possible that you accidentally entered the wrong email address when filling in your contact details. It is also possible that the confirmation email ended up in your spam. If this is not the case, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I still cancel my order?

After you have placed an order, an automatic process starts in which your package is prepared for shipping as soon as possible. Because your package is already in the shipping process, it is not possible to cancel it.

Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
If you want to change the delivery address, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible. If your package has not yet been packed, the delivery address can still be changed by us. If your package has already been packed, this is unfortunately no longer possible.

What is the shipping time?

All orders placed before 4pm will be shipped the same day (PRE-ORDERS orders excluded).

What are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping within the Netherlands is €4.99.

Insured shipping is €6.99 and this means your entire order is insured against loss, theft and damage until the moment of delivery to the customer.

Shipping costs to Belgium are €8.50 and are insured as standard.

We also ship to Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Denmark & Austria. These shipments are insured as standard.

How can I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track&Trace code from our carrier. Here you can see the status of the shipment and (if possible) give the carrier further instructions about your delivery.

You can use the following payment methods with us:

How can I use a discount code?

During checkout you can add a discount code in the order overview. Click on apply and the discount will be calculated.

How does a refund work?

You will receive the refund in the same way as the payment method. You will receive an email from us about the refund as soon as we have processed your return. After this, the amount will be back on your account or your Klarna invoice will be changed within a few days.

How do I return my order?

You can easily return your order via our return portal. You can go to the return portal via our return page . All return conditions and instructions are also described in detail here.

Do I need an account to make a return?

You do not need an account to return your order. You register your return in our return portal using your order number and the email address you provided when placing the order.

How long do I have to return my order?

Returns are possible within the return period of 14 days.

When can I expect my return money back?

We will refund the purchase amount of your return shipment to the original payment method within 14 working days (excluding holidays) after receipt of the return shipment.

Is it possible to return SALE items?

It is also possible to return SALE items, provided they meet our return conditions.

Can I also exchange an item?

You can also exchange a size or item (provided it is the same price). If you want to do this, please contact us!
